Whitstable Town manager Scott Porter has added two players to his squad this week.
Josh Burchell, a left back or midfielder, played over 200 games for Folkestone Invicta before joining Hythe Town in 2013 and he now re-joins his former manager at the Belmont.
Chris Saunders, who can play in midfield of defence, has signed from Chatham Town. He has previously played for several other clubs, including Greenwich Borough, Ashford United and Hythe Town.
A number of players have left the squad since the start of the season. George Savage is now at Glebe, Sam Brown is playing for K Sports and Carl Harrold has recently joined Lordswood. Aaron Quain has also departed and our thanks go to each of them for their efforts whilst at Whitstable.
As previously reported, Harry Brown needs an operation on his knee and is unfortunately expected to be ruled out for the rest of this season.
Defender Ashley Brown is also currently injured, but will hopefully be fit again within the next couple of weeks.
