Ebbsfleet inflicted a first Blue Square Premier away defeat on Burton Albion after a goal in each half from Neil Barrett and John Akinde gave Liam Daish's side a 2-1 win at Stonebridge Road.
Ebbsfl Bromley led 2-1 at Hampton & Richmond Borough thanks to goals from Danny Hockton and Nic McDonnell before they conceded two late goals in a 3-2 defeat. Welling are just two points of the relegation zone after they were beaten 4-0 at home by table toppers Lewes. Margate are the highest placed Kent club in the Ryman Premier Division after a last minute goal from James Pinnock netted them a 1-0 win at Boreham Wood. Tonbridge came from 2-0 down at AFC Wimbledon to draw 2-2 courtesy of two goals from Carl Rook. A Mo Takaloo penalty saw Maidstone win 1-0 at basement boys Leyton. Leigh Bremner netted for Folkestone in their 1-1 draw at Ashford Town (Middlesex) while Ramsgate went down 3-1 at home to Harrow Borough with a visiting defender putting through his own net for The Rams. Dartford remain at the top of Ryman Division One North after a 20th minute goal from defender Adam Flanagan saw them overcome Arlesey Town 1-0 at Princes Park. Dover are level on points at the top of Ryman Division One South after goals from Jon Wallis, James Rogers and Frannie Collin saw them beat Whyteleafe 3-0 at Crabble. Cray continued their superb form with a 5-0 win at Corinthian Casuals with Jamie Wood (2), Aaron Day, George Fenwick and Tommy Whittell on target for Ian Jenkins men. Sittingbourne had Hicham Akhazzan on the scoresheet as they beat Kingstonian 1-0. Ashford beat bottom side Molesey 3-0 thanks to goals from Jimmy Bottle, Mark Lovell and Paul Jones. Chatham went down 1-0 at Metropolitan Police with Whitstable also failing to pick any points up as they lost 2-0 at Leatherhead. VCD's interest in this years FA Vase is over after two extra time goals by visitors Needham Market saw the Suffolk side run out 2-0 winners. Beckenham closed the gap at the top of the Kent League to four points despite being held to a 0-0 draw by Deal. Thamesmead came from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw with visiting Erith & Belvedere. Sam Prett and Matt Bedford put The Deres two up before late goals from Harbingi Grant and Rikki Cable squared things up. Hythe had Michael Smissen and Pat Kingwell on target as they beat Croydon 2-0 while Adam Heaslewood, Wayne Grizzle and Mahama Cho scored in Erith's 3-0 win over Lordswood. Andy Constable gave Sevenoaks the lead at Herne Bay only for Dave Soutan to earn the home side a point in a 1-1 draw. Slade Green took the lead at home to Faversham through Lee Woodyard before Tom Hickman and Shane Hamshare replied to give the improving visitors a 2-1 win. Holmesdale continue to slip down the table after losing 4-2 at home to Sporting Bengal. |
