Mark Wyver reports: Welling made it through to the 4th Round of the Setanta Shield after winning 2-1 at Kent rivals Bromley. The home side took the lead a minute before half time through a Danny Hockton penalty. The Wings equalised thanks to an Omari Coleman strike before Lloyd Blackman settled the tie in extra time. The defeat for Bromley proved to be the last game at the helm for manager Mark Goldberg who resigned after the game.   Tonbridge went down to a 2-1 defeat at Harrow Borough in the Ryman Premier Division. The Kent side who had Anthony Storey sent off scored courtesy of Scott Kinch. Ramsgate took the lead at home to AFC Hornchurch thanks to a Steffan Ball free kick however after the Essex visitors had equalised their was a power failure and the game was abandoned.   Chatham returned from Horsham YMCA with a Ryman Division One South point after Darren Smith (2 1 pen) and Andy Constable scored in a 3-3 draw with the Sussex side.   Dartford will now travel to Heybridge Swifts in the 4th Round of the Isthmian League Cup after beating Whitstable 3-0 at Princes Park. Yohance Lewis (2) and Tom Bradbrook were the scorers for Tony Burman's side.   Tunbridge Wells caused an upset in the Kent League Cup Group A after goals from Dan Jeffrey, Lloyd Gofton and Darren Wills saw them win 3-1 at Sevenoaks. The home sides goal came from former Tonbridge player Luke Piscina. Herne Bay kept alive their hopes of making the Quarter Finals after beating VCD 3-1. The visitors went ahead thanks to an Ashley Proberts free kick before Roy Guiver (2) and Simon Brown saw Bay claim the victory.   Erith & Belvedere finished top of Group B after a 2-1 win at home to Thamesmead who finish as runners up. The Deres scored through Aidan Pursglove and Lee Morgan with Richard Dimmock replying. Faversham finished the group without a point after a goal in each half from David Cory and Aaron Robinson earned Deal a 2-0 win at Salters Lane.   Beckenham progressed to the 4th Round of the London Senior Cup after a 3-1 win at Ryman Division One North side Waltham Forest. The Kent League side had Darren Wise, Joe Healy and Nick Reeves on the scoresheet and also saw the dismissal of Ryan Pacey.
