Ian Hossick Whitstable’s Reserve Team manager speaking at training, (VIDEO) parts one and two where Ian speaks about his marathon running which has cut short his playing career and that he is one of the youngest, if not the youngest manger in the Kent League. “I have some great people around me who make my job easier, some really talented young footballers who are keen to learn and progress, so I am enjoying what I do. We have had couple of lads with the first team these last few of weeks and there are more that definitely can make the step up.”
