Whitstable Town beat Croydon Athletic 4-2 at The Belmont. With goals from Marcos Perona, Jake Gess and two from the m.o.m. John Akinde, 

Seager saying: "Along with Akinde; Steven Lloyd and Michael Adcock, every Whitstable player on the pitch were immense tonight. Yes we concede a couple of goals but I thought we were back to our best and the players, every last one of them worked their socks off and responded as I knew they would with a great performance.  That was just  what I was looking for with Dulwich Hamlet up next here at The Belmont on Saturday.”
