Marc Seager with Simon Halsey speaking after the game at Walton & Hersham: "We created chances to win the game and although I am disappointed we lost, the lads are showing signs they are going in the right direction...said Seager: this was a much better performance and one we can build on. We played Met Police on Tuesday lost by the odd goal, they are a side who haven't lost at home in 2 years, have finished top six last five years and play off contender to boot. Today's opponents have just come down from the Ryman Premier and are pushing to go straight back up again so we knew we were in for a decent match. Monday we take on Dover, rumour has it the bookies are not taking any more bets on them to win the league so we are in for a very interesting game.
