“Seriously though; what a great young side we have at Whitstable, I have said before that I am building for the future, which is why the average age of my side is in the very early twenties. And remember; theses lads all know what it takes to win a League Tile. Some of them are only 18 or 19 yet they know what concentration levels are need to go 23 games unbeaten and keep seven clean sheets on the bounce in a season. What I’m saying is that we have more than enough quality in the side to be credit to the Ryman League, we are not looking to just be make weights, but to aim to finish as high in the table as we can.
“We know it’s not going to be easy, and there are certainly no easy games in the Ryman, any team can beat anyone on their day, so it’s up to us to treat every side with respect, but go out and play to win every game… Marc Seager |
