The Kent Football League Premier Division Good Friday encounter at Park View Road between Erith & Belvedere and Croydon, which was played in warm weather, ended in a two nil win for the home side which kept them in seventh place. A goal in each from Steve Chimoa saw the 'Deres' to their sixth home success whilst for Croydon, it was their second successive defeat but they remain third in the table. In Division One, Thamesmead Town remain second after an extraordinary result at Oxford Road which finished Cray Wanderers four Thamesmead Town seven. Nine goals came in a hectic second period after the visitors had taken a two goal lead at the break.
