Kent's interest in the FA Trophy came to an end at the Quarter Final stage. Gravesend & Northfleet crashed to a 3-0 defeat at Nationwide Conference rivals Northwich Victoria. Welling took the lead courtesy of defender Chris Moore at home to Grays Athletic only for the visitors from from Essex to hit back to win 4-1.  
Folkestone moved further away from the Ryman Premier Division relegation zone after a 2-1 success at Boreham Wood. The Kent side had former Gillingham player Jimmy Corbett and Paul Jones on the scoresheet. Ramsgate and Tonbridge both suffered defeats away from home. The Rams went down 4-1 at Ashford Town(Middlesex) with David Cory netting a consolation while John Main netted for Tonbridge in their 2-1 defeat at Heybridge Swifts.
 
An unlikely hat-trick from big defender Ryan Royston and a single from Simon Austin saw Maidstone win 4-1 at Croydon Athletic and in the process extend their lead at the top of Ryman Division One to five points. The Kent derby between Dover and Dartford finished in a 2-2 draw. The home side netted through Craig Cloke and new signing Anton Innocent while the Darts rplied through Mark Green recently signed from Tonbridge and Brendan Cass. A late goal from Lewis Wood saw Cray earn a 1-1 draw with Hastings while Chatham are now looking in deep relegation trouble after losing 4-0 at home to Walton Casuals.
 
Thamesmead moved back up to second in the Kent League after a 3-1 success at home to Lordswood. Leading scorer Curtis Williams along with the Cable brothers Ross and Rikki were the Meads scorers with Andy Forster replying for the Medway outfit. Beckenham came from a goal down to beat Herne Bay 2-1 at Eden Park Avenue with both goals coming from Ashley Carew after Richard Dimmock had put Bay in front. Slade Green and Sevenoaks battled out a 2-2 draw at The Small Glen. The home side scored through Sean Malyon and Andy Silk while for the visitors Tony Atkins scored a brace.
