GAME OFF... Wednesday 7th Feb Kent Football League Premier Division Cup Quarter Final Whitstable Town v. Faversham Town:… After 3 pm pitch inspection...local referee Mr Keith Stone from Ramsgate has called off tonight's fixture at the Belmont, WTFC club secretary Alan Gower said, "despite the best efforts of Joe and Bruce and all concerned the pitch is frozen under the shadow of the Main Stand and the ref deemed it to be un-safe." Vice chairman Joe Brownett saying ,  "In the interest of safety it was the correct decision to make, as disappointed as we all are we could not proceed and play on a surface that is dangerous."
