The Fleet's consolation goal came from defender Peter Hawkins in the 87th minute. This result leaves Liam Daish's side in sixth place in the Nationwide Conference. Welling remain in second position in Conference South despite going down to a 3-0 defeat against Newport County at Park View Road.
 
Ramsgate who are three points behind leaders Horsham were comfortably beaten 4-1 at Leyton.The Kent club were indebted to leading scorer Shaun Welford for their consolation goal. Bromley returned to winning ways after a Gareth Williams penalty earned them a 1-0 win at Heybridge Swifts. Folkestone's mini revival came to an end after they were beaten 1-0 at Hampton & Richmond Borough.
 
Dartford moved into second spot in the Ryman First Division after a hat-trick from former Chatham and Tonbridge striker Brendan Cass secured a 3-0 win at Fleet Town. Dover missed the chance to close the gap on the leaders after they slipped to a 1-0 home defeat against Metropolitan Police. Cray moved into eighth place after they demolished Burgess Hill Town 6-2 at Hayes Lane. The Wands netted through Lewis Wood(2), Barry Gardner(2), Sam Wood and Matt Lee.
 
Croydon moved up to fourth in the Kent League after winning 2-1 at Herne Bay. The victors netted through Neil John and Ray Feeman while Steven Lloyd replied for the home side. Lordswood returned from Sporting Bengal with a 3-0 victory. Mike McKenna netted a brace while midweek signing from Whitstable, Stuart Harrison netted on his debut. Erith & Belvedere won their local derby 4-0 at Slade Green. The Deres netted courtesy of former Green player Lee Morgan, Steve White, Glen McTaggart and Daryl Wilson. Deal had Mark Pollard(2) and Aaron Robinson on the scoresheet as they won 3-2 at Erith for whom Player/Manager Mark Tompkins scored twice.
 
Beckenham set up a trip to Sevenoaks in the Kent Senior Trophy after they thrashed Milton Athletic 7-0. Much travelled striker Wade Falana netted a hat-trick while Jones Awuah(2), Tony Sinclair and Mo Kadi were also on target.
