FOLKESTONE achieved their biggest win of the season
at home to Wealdstone in the Ryman Premier Division with Rob Knott(2),Matt
Carruthers,James Everitt and Martin Chandler netting in the 5-2 win.BROMLEY had
a first half goal from Sam Wood to thank for their 1-0 win at home to Hendon
while the prolific Danny Hockton scored both goals in MARGATE'S 2-0 win at
Leyton.
TONBRIDGE secured a play off place in the Ryman
Division One after a penalty from Tony Dolby secured a 1-0 win over
Hastings.DOVER defeated Fleet 2-1 with a brace from Jimmy Dryden.The Kent derby
ended in a 0-0 draw between RAMSGATE and ASHFORD while CRAY went down 3-0 at
Leatherhead.
SITTINGBOURNE enjoyed a 4-2 win over Stamford in
the Southern League Eastern Division with Bradley Spice(3) and Clint Gooding
netting for the home side.Teddy Ansell scored his first goal of the season as
DARTFORD drew 1-1 with Harlow while CHATHAM despite a goal from Hicham Akhazzan
went down 2-1 at home to Ilford.
MAIDSTONE are the Kentish Observer Kent League
champions after they won 4-0 at Sevenoaks with goals from Ryan Royston(2),Lyndon
Rowland and Mo Takaloo whilst nearest challengers BECKENHAM could only draw 1-1
at ERITH & BELVEDERE in what was an eventful day for the Deres Mark Nougher
who managed to score for both sides.THAMESMEAD finished third after defeating
HYTHE 3-0 with Dean Burns,Peter Deadman and Curtis Williams on target for the
victors.TUNBRIDGE WELLS defeated WHITSTABLE 2-1 with goals from Abdul El-Ferdi
and Dave Hassett with Andy Martin netting for the Oystermen.Goals from Marvin
Campbell and Lee Anderson saw GREENWICH BOROUGH win 2-0 at HERNE BAY while a
Dave Forster goal earned LORDSWOOD a 1-0 win at SLADE GREEN.First half goals
from Marc Pollard and Aaron Robinson gave DEAL a 2-1 win at SPORTING BENGAL
