The Kent Leagues leading scorer Paul Vines netted the only goal as his side Beckenham won 1-0 at Herne Bay to stay top of the league.Two goals from Jimmy Strouts earned Maidstone a 2-0 win at Greenwich Borough.Erith & Belvedere are still in the hunt for promotion after defeating Hythe  3-1 the goals coming from Anton Innocent,Leon Braithwaite and Austin Berkley, the losers goal came from Damien Able.A brace from Dean Burns saw Thamesmead defeat Tunbridge Wells 2-0.VCD were the days biggest winners after trouncing Slade Green 7-1 with goals from Mark Horan(3),Ashley Probets,Mark Greatorex,Ricky Bennett and an own goal,the home sides consolation came from Jason Elliot.Lordswood defeated Whitstable 3-2 with Dave Forster(2) and Ray Broad scoring while Sam Prett and Steve Marshall replied for the Oystermen.Deal and Sevenoaks ended 0-0 while Erith came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 at Sporting Bengal.
