ImageKent Football round-up...Gravesend & Northfleet returned to winning ways with a 2-0 win over struggling Tamworth in the Nationwide Conference with James Smith and Jimmy Jackson on target for the Fleet. Welling drew 0-0 in their Conference South visit to Havant & Waterlooville which keeps them in play off contention.                 
Folkestone gained three Ryman Premier Division points after two goals from former Gillingham midfielder Mark Saunders gave them a 2-1 win over Harrow Borough.Bromley had an Adam Greenway goal to thank for their 1-0 win at Windsor & Eton while despite goals from Ian Hilaire and Danny Hockton their side Margate lost 4-2 to Walton & Hersham.In Ryman One league leaders Ramsgate won 1-0 at Bashley thanks to a goal from Stuart Vahid.Tonbridge beat Lymington & New Milton 3-1 with goals from Wade Falana(2) and Luke Piscina.Dover were held to a 1-1 draw at Newport IOW despite taking the lead through Tommy Tyne.Cray drew 2-2 at home to Croydon Athletic with strikes from Gary Abbott and Jamie Kempster.Two goals from Marc Cumberbatch earned Ashford a 2-2 draw at Tooting & Mitcham.
ImageSittingbourne gained three Southern League points with a 1-0 win over Enfield thanks to a James Campbell goal.Chatham went down 2-0 at home to Enfield Town while Dartford were beaten 3-2 at Wingate & Finchley with Dave Martin scoring twice for the losers.
VCD are through to the final of the Kent League Cup after a Kevin Winchcombe goal gave them a 2nd leg 1-0 win over Herne Bay(2-1 agg).
Maidstone dropped two Kent League points after a 1-1 draw at Erith with the stones taking the lead through Mo Takaloo only for Paul Springett to equalize with a penalty.
Erith & Belvedere player-manager Wayne Brown scored the winner in his sides 1-0 win over Whitstable while Thamesmead who netted through Sam Thomas(3),Peter Deadman,Curtis Williams and Dean Burns(pen) defeated Deal 6-1 who replied through Dave Bathgate.A goal from Damien Abel saw Hythe defeat Sevenoaks 1-0.Tunbridge Wells drew 1-1 with Slade Green and Lordswood were the biggest scorers with a 7-0 rout of Sporting Bengal.
