I like to think I am a very professional manager I go into every game with a game plan, I watch other sides, talk to people all the time about the opposition and in general learn as much as I can. The lads did exactly what I wanted them to do, they all worked hard and they deserved the victory. Make no mistake Maidstone are a very good side, they have quality players in every position, but then so do we, just because they are young, take nothing away from these lads they are all good players.?
