Marc speaks about his pride at the teams performance, once again touching on the balance of youth and experience and paying fulsome tribute to Simon Kay and Pete Budge for the way they are bringing forward the future players of the club with the reserves. ?Other managers faced with the injury crisis that we have had would have gone out to get players on loan, but when I have the quality of young players who can step up from the reserves and U18?s level into the first team and not look out of place.
