Glen joined Town manager Marc Seager on the bench in an entertaining 1-1 draw against Kent Premier League side Deal Town. “After the disaster of the Norton Sports game last week when we lost 5-2; a motorway accident meant a number of player were unable to make the game, it was nice to see the lads in a competitive game. I am looking forward to Saturday when we take on Herne Bay; for me that’s when the season starts. It’s been a very frustrating couple of weeks so to say I am looking forward to the game is and understatement.”
