Town sign young keeper Jack Crawford PDF Print E-mail
“Jack is a young lad who’s been at Birmingham as a youngster, then had trials with Gillingham when unfortunately he injured his arm just as things were looking good for him.”  see More

Seager was delighted to offer young keeper Jack Crawford the chance to rebuild his career. “Everyone knows how highly I rate our keeper Kevin Fewell, but he would be the first to admit that when someone is pushing you for your shirt, it brings the best out of you as a player. Plus; there were times when we had to rely on ‘Laney’ Mark Lane as cover, he even had to play a full game last year and although he did himself proud he will be the first to admit his playing days are over. That’s why Jack is such an important signing for me, he’s young, has great technique plus he’s keen to learn off Laney and Kevin. With just days to go to the first per-season game with the quality of players we have at the club I am really excited about our season.”  Look out for VIDEO WITH JACK TANNER over the weekend
